recreating sd cards 9.0.6 and 9.1.x

i have tried multiple times to recreate an sd card for a fresh install and when put into the IPO, the chasis just sits with all lights red indefinitely. i cant ping or get into it, just nothing. i originally tried at 9.1sp1, then at 9.1GA, and then at 9.0.6... still nothing. i know there is a release note about 9.1.x and having to create at version 9.0 and upgrade to 9.1... obviously this hasnt worked for me. has anyone found a workaround for this?? thanks

Unless you have also been changing the working directory when switching between versions of Manager, you have just been using R9 and 9.1 Manager to recreate a 9.1 card. If you have multiple versions loaded they share the same registry settings, so you need to go into settings and change the working directory to use the correct Manager folder for R9 or whatever.

I have done this several times so far and no issues

I have had one system do that yesterday.
A serial cable attached showed that the system booted while reading the IP500v2.bin file and gave a powerfail error.
