I maintain a Definity G3R v6 phone system and there are plans for next year of switching to voip. I started thinking today if im being payed what Im worth. Are there any websites out there that anyone is aware of that I can look on to get an idea if im being under paid or not and have it show a comparison by area.

I suggest you have to learn the technology first and from there you can re-negotiate for your salary. I guess MSN salary calculator can help you when it comes to the rate.

it all depends what skills you have and how current they are; v6 Definity is an obsolete platform, do you have any skills that are valid for VoIP and the future

Judging by what you currently work on, it sounds like you just need some classes/experience on the newer hardware. Maybe some IP/network training, but I'd say its just building on what you already have.
