Hey,

I already have a logon script set up that maps resources to drives, and it works fine, but how on earth do you get printers to map automatically.

I have the printers on a server called "starblazer". The main printer I want to map is called "HP LaserJet 3200"
I guess you have to use the "net use" command.

Has anybody got an example? PLEASE!!!! Steve Hewitt

You'll need to rename the printer share as hp3200 or something with no spaces. Then:

net use lpt1: \\starblazer\hp3200

Tis done.

If you want to use the full name with spaces use:
net use lpt1: "\\starblazer\HP LaserJet 3200"
Just use quotes. :)
Also if you are using lpt1 on your local computer just net use to lpt2 or lpt3.
