I have this tuner card and I know it works because I installed it in another computer. The problem is that I lost my install book and I installed the software for xp alright but I don't have any sound working but the picture is great! I tried every combo I could think of where it should come out of the tuner and into my sound card but I don't know the slots. I did save the wires. Any help would be great, I'm not stereo inclined.

Check your sound settings - double click the speaker icon in the bottom right task tray - make sure none of them are set to mute.

Connect the sound out from the tuner to the line in of your sound card. Then check that line-in is enabled in your sound card settings.

Well I only feel that it's fair to cop to my mistake. I first had to make sure I had them in the right holes. Thanks to Lewisp I got that right. The thing that kills me the most is that I was looking around in the control panel where the sound is and noticed the Line in was muted. I could have screamed! Thanks Win98User for your idea. I know better than that I should have looked before I even wrote my post. I've had this hanging around not setup because of the sound. Now as we speak I'm listening to my 99.5 wklb Country and was watching the election. I can't believe after all this time it's working!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!! THANX THANX THANX,
Cindy [2thumbsup]
