    I never found the replacement hinge. I moved onto a Dell Inspiron 9100 with strong hinges ones. But good luck finding the hinge for your 2715US.

    I did go into safe mode and deleted all the video drivers, still got nothing but beeps. As far as the KT400 chipset, I know it is one of the best out there. And another twist: the phone number for Soyo tech support in America has been disconnected. Thanks for the help.
