Win2k can manage MTS packages remotely.

All the COMs can work well by DCOM.

InstMsi.exe is for winnt but not for win98. Win98 is not a server os. So it needn't to solve this problem.

You can upgrade win98 to win2000 server. WinNT also cann't configure win2000 remotely.

Maybe the two computers doesn't exist in the same domain. It also failed when I used one computer in win2000 server and another computer in winNT or win98. It can succeed when both computers in win2000 server.
