Does anyone have any (even homemade) 64 bit drivers for the Epson CX5200 or compatable printers? Epson is no help, they tell me that they may someday have them. I may have to buy an HP!?! Thanks

I am getting errors after upgrade to SP2 with a KT 600 chipset (MSI KT6V-LSR), Sempron 2800 and 512 GB Kingston DDR. There are intermittent IDE errors mostly in acessing the DVD (master on ide2). The newest via 4 in 1 drivers don't fix it. It acts like a memory failure, but only when service...
When running a copy command in Win XP, how do I specify that the data is to be overwritten on the receiving drive by default? I am using notepad and creating .bat files for backup purposes. I have a striped array and like the data to be written to a third "safe" drive. Thanks in advance
How do I include sub directories when writing commands (.bat or .cmd) to copy from one directory(file) to another in Win XP? Thanks to all who have replied to my previous questions.

I would like to create some "batch files" like I could in DOS and Win 9X for file copying and semi automated tasks. How can I do this? Thanks in advance for any help.

I had a lot of trouble with Nero5.5.8 writing the lead in/ lead out when burning CDs. I have a gigabyte 7N400 pro MB with 2 WD 80GB IDE HDDs in a striped array(which is viewed as a SCSI drive in the bios). Ahead, and gigabyte were no help, but when reviewing the error report I noticed that Nero...
Thank you for your replies. I have tried 4X up to 24X with no results. Nero is the only recording software in the computer. I believe that it is an incompatability problem with the Nforce IDE driver. I have emailed both Nero and Gigabyte and am waiting for replies. Thanks again for you very good...
ME is infamous for its "lockups" I am running it in my daughter's game computer with and add-on memory manager with very good results. They are free at zd net and other similar sites. Try that, it's free. If you rely on your computer for important stuff, install Win2000 or XP.
I really like the N-Force 2 MBs. I have the Gigabyte GA-7N400 pro which is loaded with features including RAID. It was $122. I found it on pricewatch. You can get a non-raid for under $100 (US) and add an XMD XP 2500 for very lisstle money, Use good ram and a fast HDD you will be very pleased.
I am running a Gigabyte GA-7N400 pro MB. The boot drive is a pair of striped 80gb WD HDDs. My CDRW is master on IDE1. My problem is that Nero wont finish writing to the CDs. In-CD writes fine but Nero wont write the "lead in-lead out" I have tried the newest update to nero 5.5.X.X and...
I agree with Edfair, it sounds like a IO problem. Have you jumped you CMOS and reset your BIOS? I have had similar problems solved by doing this. I too ask for feedback
Good luck
