I made first digital extension 201 per customers request. So messages can be left but not retrieved? What would be the fix?
I have an embedded voicemail, but don't have the Auto Attendant being used as only one phone is currently plugged in due to construction. It rings about 6 times and a mailbox answers it. What mailbox would that be?

When I attempt to set up Routing Services Feature it says disabled in Admin.
I am trying to be able to route a call out to a cell phone.
