But restart the computer TAP F8 key, start as "Safe Mode with Networking", tick everything in CCleaner, should do the job.

Do this.. Start -> Run -> cmd
And type "ping www.yourwebsite.com" (without the quotes and replace www.yourwebsite.com with your actual website address). What is the IP number that is returning? Does it match the public record?

If you switch on full logging under the Group Policy (gpedit.msc) and look under Security Settings you can log file access.

Is it a Windows Server?
If so open DNS managment console and right-click the forward lookup zone -> properties -> general tab -> Dynamic updates drop-down -> select "nonsecure and secure".

It is good to do this, but will the ALT tages change each time the page is loaded? So same image but different ALT tage on each page refresh?
It might be better to have the same keyword appear for the same image.

Doesn't accessing Internet Options in the control panel have the same effect as right-clicking the IE icon and selecting Internet Properties?
Might be easier than messing with shortcuts, etc?
