Well at closer look, i saw that when u enter dc code in number it is shown then but if i write the dc code like this DC_002 then it shows #Name? isnt this _ supported in the acces2002. data type of the table is text. any help

Done that but which event is best for a hidden textbox. on focus i cant use because i wont be able to focus on it when it is hidden. i have tryed almost all of the events but cant get it right. the value isnt updating when i change the calculation. any sollution..
