    Thanks ZeroZeroOne! I'm taking a look at that now and the G450 wasn't configured in SM. One possibly dumb question though is what port should be used? I see things like the MAS, the CM, and CS1K are all on port 5060 or 5061 with TLS as opposed to the Audiocodes on 5070 with TCP. Thanks again!

    Double-check the Atlas and the cables. I see that you had a red alarm, and that's a connectivity (usually local) issue - like a wire unplugged or a unit without power. If both your circuits go into the Atlas, then that would be the first place to look.

    Hi allenmac I've given the number map a try and still no luck. It's as if the MP114 does not recognize 9 as a valid digit. I've tested 1-8 as leading digits and it will happily send the digit string to the PBX to process, but not with a 9 as the leading digit. This is frustrating. JW
