Does the DataMerge function in InDesign support changes? What I mean, is that if I make a change to the database, is there a link associated within InDesign that will update my catalog? Will I need to purchase a third-party plug-in to acheive this?

This is hard to explain, so to reiterate what I am trying to duplicate, you'll have to look at the link. All of the graphics on this page have multiple horizontal lines on top of them that give the images some texture. I am wondering if anyone knows of a filter that will duplicate this effect...

What is the resolution of the graphic? It might be too low for that small of text. Try upping the resolution, then typing the same text. If you need the graphic that size, make sure you uncheck the constrain properties option. Just a thought, I've run into that problem before.
