    hi Kyle, it's how they had it and how they want it. So it is necessary, any idea how to stop the phone from registering to the server and registering to the expansion? I have tried manually putting in the IP for the expansion, but when the phone reboots, it changes back to the server address.

    This sounds like a Microsoft issue, you can try saving the file and changing the extension back to .wav. This should make it playable again.

    I tend to have the soft console pc with a static IP on the voice vlan, and add a data vlan ip to the card.
