FYI on my 4612 IP phones I can change the internal ring pattern from the set by pressing the Conf button, each time you press it plays a different pattern.
I have a 406 v1.4(22), the digital phones work ok and the IP phones (4612) work, you can call in and dial out but we no longer get any dial tone on the IP phones rebooting the phones doesn’t help any ideas?

I have a 406 v1.4(22) with one PRI, at times all channels are busy but I don’t know how often, I would like to track utilization so I can justify adding a second PRI.
What tools would be useful? Could the info be extracted from SysMonitor ?
