Hi, You might have the solution by now but this is my experience. I'd used the Crystall 4.6 with VB 6 and installed it at my clients PC with no problems. I have face the same problems with the multiple disk deployment utility. I solved it by create deployment to a single directory and use pkzip...- yuana
