How do I "up" (whatever does this mean) my virtual memory to 1 1/2 times my physical (?) memory? On the right side of "Using CPU: X" says, about the memory (cache?) 529 M. If the following sentence say anything to you: I repeat that it says "M" and not "MB".- youandmee

I didn't work on the project (exactly the same doc file) on other computer, only on my. I just opened the file and saw that all pictures are immediately, without waiting, able to be seen after I opened the file so I closed it. No, the other computer didn't have exactly the same programs opened...- youandmee

On other computer is also 512 RAM. I tried exactly the same file. So it was also 3,6 MB. One or two hours ago I used to reboot computer. After rebooting I was able to see the pictures (all, otherwise it would be no point) immediately after I opened doc file. Then I was working on my project...- youandmee

MakeItSo of course I did, thank you for your care but what you suggested doesn't help. I appreciate your reply a lot but only relevant and helpful reply counts as "reply". Since it doesn't help, that means equal to no reply at all. Just yesterday, worked fine but no clue what happened today...- youandmee
