We have an OLD Groomer from Aculab used to convert from R2 to DPNSS signaling and we are having problems with the caller ID, Does anyone have use one of this before? Is there any way to allow or deny the pass of the caller ID (ANI) information.? Thanx to all.... Josh

We have a terminal where the CDR is shown and stored, this is running with Procomm , but it look like several calls are not been registered, all kinds, local, LD and cell calls. Where/how can I check the configuration for CDR ?? Do you know if there is some way to discard records from CDR ...

what information from the CO needs?

We tryied to trace TAC, but it does not display information on incoming calls, only for outgoing, also we tryied the same with lines that are working normally and the same situation, we can only see outgoing calls information... is there any parameter that we need to activate to get trace info...
