Hi doktor, Thanks for that - It pointed me towards pgm141 - masking CO lines 5-40 to group 9. It looks this has forced the system to use only CO lines 1-4, which seems to have done the trick! Cheers

An inadvertent system reset made me sweat a bit, but I'm getting things working without too much trouble. From this point I just need to assign DDIs and setup voicemail, and we should be back to where I started. Cheers
