When I have upgraded Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 it does not find the users Mail settings, however in Control Panel > Mail the users settings are present.
It will only work if you delete 'MS Exchange Settings' and create a new profile upon which Outlook immediately finds the...
If you right-click on a sheet and select to 'Move or Copy...' the following error occurs...

Problem was when I restored the system partition. The file was corrupted on the backup media.

Thanks for that... no taskmgr wasn't in my system32 dir.. don't know how that was removed... but anyway, I extracted from the CD and is now working...
