    I take it you have a Tn725B speech card in the switch that is telling the use that,, just go into change station on the switch, not the Audix and there is a sections for the for message waiting notification, the list should contain audible, neon, LED,, just change it there and that should fix it

    It is true about your software limitations for the # of port that you can have, as well as the # of T-1's ,,but you can make a make a Hybrid system if you want,, I have put a J58890BB4 L4 port carrier (20 slot) out of a Tall MMC cabinet as an expansion cabinet on a 6.3 Prologic and it worked...
