Ok... as a last resort I've emailed Veritas. :) We'll see if they reply. If they do, I'll post the info here.

For what it's worth, the Backup Sets by Media report will kinda show this information. It's still some manual work to get the aggregate data (e.g. Backup job / total size), but is better than manually creating the data set. Still searching...

I am looking for the same information and would appreciate info as well. Alex, I'll post whatver I find if I see anything in my searching. Hopefully Veritas has something built-in (would make sense for it to be one of the reports options, but guess not).

I agree with IanF... A second spare hard drive in the machine is a great place to store things temporarily as backup. You may also go for some lower-end tape backup solutions, if you're willing to be a bit more patient with restoring your data. (check Ebay?) If you need to have this data...
