    To be honest with you, I had the same problem using windows me.So........... i just continued to capture with Pinnacle software and then imported the avi's into Premiere. Recently however i have reverted back to windows 98 2nd ed. Premiere now captures perfectly without any frame drop either...

    Thanks Polda, all is now well. You're advice helped me to sort out the problem and also introduced me to Photoshop 6, which in fact has a transparency wizard ( I should have delved deeper ). Cheers again Yan Michael

    I'm a newbie to pagemaker, attempting to place a logo from photoshop ( as a tiff) into a flyer. How do I remove the background colour, so that only the logo floats on the page. Any help appreciated. Cheers Yan michael
