Hi, I've found out that my Dimension 4100 agp slot pumps out about 3.3 volts, now I can't find out if the radeon 9250se is compatible with 3.3volts or 1.5, I can't find that info anywhere, any help is greatly appreciated, as Ive had nothing but probs with this video card.
Thanx Krosus, I Doubt it's my ram though I was using 1 256 pc 133 ram stick and switched to 2 128 pc 133 ram sticks and still the same issue, but thanx, I'll try getting a new PSU.
Check to see if your Bios has an option for primary display adaptor, It may say PCI or AGP, select AGP, Mind you Flashing your Bios couldn't hurt either.

find out who makes your mobo, then check and see if they have drivers availible, possibly you need to update your chipset drivers......Just a thought.
