Would FreeBSD detect the 3com905B automatically?
Hi i mean, would FreeBSD recognize the 3com905B-TXNM during the installation procedure or must i install the driver via the network setup or by floppy? If i have to install the driver what is the drivers name? Thanks in advance for helping me out. X.- xarwijn

Who is using an old Compaq or IBM server with FreeBSD as home server?
Hi, older Compaq and IBM servers like the ProLiant ML350 are very cheap at the moment and i want to buy one with a Pentium III processor. Would these old servers work with FreeBSD? I´ve searched google and tried the Compaq site, but couldn´t find infos about that. Also the FreeBSD hardware list...
