NTP S8720
Is it a known issue on the S8720 time slips 6 mintues over a period of time? It is a known issue with S8500. Avaya recommends NTP/NTS to resolve/keep time for 85s. If 8720 has same issue is Avaya recommending the NTP synch Vs. PCN/PSN patches available? Thanks.- wytech

Intuity upgrade to 5.1.55
I have an Audix 5.1.41 that Avaya is recommending I upgrade to 5.1.55, which is on Avaya 'quantity hold'... Anyway, the Audix Faxing is not working. Incoming faxes most of the time hit a busy, faxes are incomplete, and the top of the page is cut-off. This is 90% of the time. Avaya said we...- wytech
