it is a star talk flash 4 that much I know,I think there are some mailboxes that need to be removed but I don't know what they are!

Is there any easy way to reset a flash 4? I bought a referbished voice mail and it will not let me build anymore than 32 mailboxes and I should have 48. also how would I go about changing the admin mailbox to something other than 1002 that is one of our extentions?

There is a reset jumper on the card! you have to strap a couple of jumpers and boot up then power off and put them back to log in normaly! I can't remember whitch jumpers witout looking at one.
