ADC is running on the 2000 server, Active Directory is running on another server. The Exchange 5.5 server is NT 4.0 so obviously that is also not running AD. I'm not sure where to look at the Recipient Connection Agreements, basically when bringing up the Exch.2000 server we choose the option...

In my case the original exchange server is 5.5 and as of now contains all but a few test accounts that have been migrated over to the second server, which is exchange 2000. I would like to migrate the IT departments accounts over and leave bot servers up for a few weeks for testing purposes...
