NEVER MIND - I JUST TRIED TO SAVE ANOTHER ONE, AND SAME ERROR. (with FontAgent Pro still not running)!!!
I am not running AntiVirus or anything other virus protection.
ugh.
OK - I read this link,

and found that if I quit FontAgent Pro that it would "Save As" without problems.
