Thanks for the response. I have tried to reset numerous times to no avail. The engine controller board... Sounds like only a service tech can replace, or are there places where I can obtain an engine controller board?

How do you determine if the Fuser on my Tek 780 is either 110v or 220v without removing it first? If you have to remove it, where on the fuser will it tell me?

My Tektronix 780 has a "replace fuser" message on the display. The fuser was replaced with a brand new one and the Fuser Life Counter was reset to zero, but the "Replace Fuser" message continues and the printer refuses to work. Could there be a problem with the entire C/D...
