Yes I have suppressed page footers. I have a graph in the report footer which when i make smaller appears to fix the problem but if I increase the graph to the size i really want this is when it goes onto a second page when previewed within Crystal and then causes the gap when exported to html. AW

Now that I have it exporting as one page I have another problem that I hope someone can help me with. It exports as one page fine but leaves a large blank gap where the page break would have been. All my blank footers etc are supressed but it still leaves this gap rather than just continuous...

OK I found it and it was actually staring me in the face. When the "Select Export File" dialog box comes up there are two checkboxes that need to be unticked, "Page Navigator" and "Separate HTML Pages".

I have searched this site and others for the answer to this but can't seem to find it. Does anyone know how to Export to HTML as one continuous page rather than seperate pages with the "View Pages First Next Last etc" down the bottom. Probably a simple solution but I can't find it. Im using...

ReillyC, Try grouping by Ticket and then use the following in the Group Selection part of the select expert; {date issued} = minimum({date issued}, {ticket no}). Then place all issue dates in details field and suppress if < 01/01/2003.
