    Yes I have suppressed page footers. I have a graph in the report footer which when i make smaller appears to fix the problem but if I increase the graph to the size i really want this is when it goes onto a second page when previewed within Crystal and then causes the gap when exported to html.     OK I found it and it was actually staring me in the face. When the "Select Export File" dialog box comes up there are two checkboxes that need to be unticked, "Page Navigator" and "Separate HTML Pages".

    ReillyC, Try grouping by Ticket and then use the following in the Group Selection part of the select expert; {date issued} = minimum({date issued}, {ticket no}). Then place all issue dates in details field and suppress if < 01/01/2003.
