Installed my Adaptec SCSI AAA131U2 card along with the drivers on Windows 2000, attached a seagate ST39173LW SCSI hard drive but hard isn't detected. ie. Hard drive doesn't show in My Computer. SCSI cable is 68 pin with 8 connectors

The monitor is working properly. I tried changing graphics cards but still no power coming through.
