I moved a user from one computer to another in outlook 2007. The email is IMAP but when I exported the pst files from one and imported to the other, there were no dates in any of the emails. Is there another way of doing this in IMAP?

I finally got onto the switch using the console and was able to follow the reset password procedure I found online... that got me in and I got to the ip address, as well as changed the password to one I use.

I have a 2003 server that reboots periodically. When it does one of the SQL services that uses a user password to logon and start won't start without manually inputting the password each time it reboots.
Any suggestions?

I have a user printing from MS Word 2010 (but it happens in all of MS Office 2010). She is printing groups of pages from the bypass tray. Say 10 pages at a time. as soon as it orints it resets to the default tray. So each group of 10 pages she has to reset to the bypass tray.

thanks ... in the mean time I got the ip address changed to what I want and the default gateway so now I'm in using Cisco Manager to be able to administer it ...I've added an admin user too so now it's looking like it's all good. I just have to learn how to administer it now .... and yes Cisco's...
OK I edited the passwords out and shortened it by taking out the "ethernet ports 3 thru 23" which are empty anyway

OK ... I printed it out so I could read it carefully and take it step by step and make sure I didn't miss anything. THis time I got thru the whole thing with no errors and it looks like it took it... thank you
However when I restarted ...I did get back in and it seemed to take my password etc...
OK I did it and yes i didn't need a cntrl-break...BUT it didn't work... Everything happened just like it said ... and it looked like it worked but when I restarted and went to eneable again ...it asked for the password ...I put in the new password and it didn't work ...;(
