The cm for the main extension does not allow you to leave messages it says that its full. No one can figure out why this is happening. Here is my problem in a nutshell: the main number comes in on a PRI, into a hunt group, which rings at 3 locations (recp, wireless, admin). actually what i did was change it from collective ringing to collective ringing with call waiting. first time installing a IP Office so ive been hitting many little bumps along the way. but everyone was been great with your tips and advice. thanks all!- wjcunni2000

thanks for you help. comes to be that the 7406e will not work on the digital ports on the ip office. i had to use one of the nortel ports on the system. but thanks for your advice!- wjcunni2000
