    Thanks for your reply. The devices are all discovered by NNM but not added by hand. Should I performed a capability poll on all the devices?

    hi, nnm experts! In one of the NNM report - General Inventory, the fields vendor and agent are having values of "Unset". However, most of them are CISCO Routers and Switches. Do anyone of you have ideas about it? Thanks!

    Dear all experts, I have heard that it is possible not to have the Crystal Report installed in the server side but having some dlls to installed at the client side and the reports can still be displayed in the client side's web browser. Is it possible? Thanks...
