Thank you both for your support. Unfortunately since the 26th of August, I do not have access to my test Exchange 2010 Server. Don’t remember the errors. I know about the database, but the 2007 scripts did not work for me. I take it they worked for both of you. Thanks again.

Where can I download this sound pack?, cannot find it for 2007.

Have done an upgrade and a clean install of Office 2007(2 PC's),but get no incoming email sound in Outlook. With Outlook 2003,had no problems. Anybody else have this problem? Thanks in advance.
