I have a parner system at one end,hit ext 26 it will not ring line at other end,if i hit line person is there,but phone never rang.if i hit any ext from location 2 it works fine.I need help .there is a line run from 2 locations.old merlin system had off premise extion module.

i need to know where i can buy 2 off premise extion modules for partner to partner system.old merlins worked new partners only work one way will not ring phone .i think a voltage problem

i am having trouble with parner system old merlin had an off premise extention module at on end,new partner system works one way not the other.I can hit ext 26 and it will not ring the phone ,but it i select line and hit an extension it works.
