Ok, here's what I've done. I basically deleted and recreated the Internet Mail connector on the Exchange server, and so far (touch wood) it's working Ok. I only did this half a day ago, so it's still very much in the testing phase but it is looking hopeful.- willH3

Mouse trap
Do you actually have the serial ports installed? Right click My Computer, go into properties and then into device list. Make sure you don't have any Unknow Devices and that at least on of the communications ports (comm1 or comm2)are in there.- willH3
