Re: Floppy drive failures
Very interesting. Have noticed same thing. Treat every working older Teac or Panasonic FDD with TLC, you may need them. Also have noticed that floppy discs themselves have become less reliable. For now, they are indispensible for service techs.- willcomp

Inspiron 1100 No power up
Had similar problem with Inspiron 1100. Bad motherboard. Was replaced under warranty on this one.- willcomp

From a command prompt type: nslookup The server name should be returned Note: Reverse lookup table in DNS must be configured for nslookup to return the server name- willcomp
