    Sorry, but I'm new with all this, I'm trying to backup a webserver and it's thru client agent. I've been able to backup this server before, I didn't make any changes to the server but now it's failing. Thanks Wil

    My Backup server is runnning Win2000 and Arcserve2000 SP3. My backup job starts and goes to at least 12% and then gives me the above error message.
