Blueline, Another issue you may have is having more than one Intuity associated with the PBX. If your G3V9 is an R, then no problem. The G3r (and S8700) can have multiple Intuities assigned. If it's anything else then you can't set up a seperate hunt group. Hope this helps. Thanks, WHCARon
