hi wolluf thanx for your replay...i have dl powermax and it saw the hdd, when i did the test it said partition loading fail....so i couldnt do nothing....so it must mean that i have lost everything? WH0ELSE There is no problem, only a solution.

I have an old maxtorARES C64K, and i wanted to reinstall my os on it and it says hdd fail when it starts to boot up....i have about 3gig of data that i need on my second partition, but i cant see it.....does anyone know how to get to second partition or what can be the solution? Tnax to anyone...

Can someone please tell me how to connect a router to allready exciting windows 2000 network. My router's ip is 192.168.0.2. DHCP and DNS are all on the windows 2000 server. I cannot gain access to the internet without manually seting the dns server to 192.168.0.2 and default gateway to same...
