Avaya Call Center Setup
Hi, Can someone help me out, I 'm trying to find documentation o how to setup an ACD, Agent Login IDs, etc. all I need to setup a call center. I read the Avaya Admin guide but all I found was definitions and what each feature does. Hope someone can shine some light in this darkness. Thanks.- Wesko
