Check your permissions on Hkey_Classes_Root. I've been researching problems with a different program and keep running into the permissions here being set to FC for everyone, but not the local admins.

Yes, that is what I am trying to do. Not sure if it supports it or not. Tech support for the phone/mail program doesn't even know what NTLM is. They keep telling me that, "yes, it supports SSL," which I already know. I'm guessing it doesn't, but can't confirm.
