Thanks, for the reply. I opened port 500, I don't see anything for protocols 17(udp) and 50(esp) in my router. I tried connecting and still doesn't work. I've had my router for a while. Could I possibly need a new router that supports vpn? If so does anyone know what router will work for this...- welshs
