Not sure what you mean by rebuild the laptop. Goldmine Network version and a local version is installed. We sync from the local every 2 or 3 days and then do a maintain. What do you mean by rebuild please. Thanks

Thanks, we already rebuild our data base each evening so I doubt that is causing it. If that user logs in at another machine and sends a single email it works fine . Other suggestions? A new user at the old laptop also has the same issue of double emails. Thanks

One of my users who is on a Windows 98 laptop has the following issue. Whenever he sends a goldmine email the recipient gets two copies. I have checked all his preferences and they seem to be fine. Suggestions? Thanks.

When I try to open a compiled report, it does not open, I get no error message, just a fast try to open action, and then back to the mouse arrow. When I open the report application, it opens fine and I can then use the lightning bolt to ultimately get to the compiled report I want but of course...
