Actually I don't have a public IP. I am in a rual area connecting via a 900mhz wireless connection to an ISP in town who is connected to another ISP in town. I have two linksys BEFVP41 routers. On one end I have a Public IP address. On the other end my network is behind a router which is behind my ISP's router. My ISP can't give me a public IP address. Can I still establish a VPN with only one public IP address?- webshane

I need to bridge two networks. On one end I have what is essentially a cable modem, and on the other end I have a 3Com 3c892 ISDN Router.
