    Both users who need to access the folder are publishing editors. One of them can access the folder fine. The other one, when you try to expand the mailbox that contains the shared folder gets an unable to "expand the folder" message.

    I'm convinced that I'm missing something here, but I'm having a hard time connecting more than one user to a shared folder that someone else has shared....
