Well I tried running an INV in LD117 & comparing it to CEQU to see what I could work out. The new NT5D97 DDP2 cards to show up as follows but the earlier dual pra cards & 0lder NT8D72 Thanks for your posts

so what's dial 14? Are you trying to do a "directed call pick-up" or a "pick-up dn"? If your trying to do a "directed call pick-up" all of the extns still need to be in a pick-up group, ie rnpg must have something other than 0. The nite bell will also need to be in a pick-up group.
if you use overflow & overflow thresh hold, the 1st caller, this is the minimum, will remain in the q & any calls that do overflow to amil loose their position in the q
I have had 12 switches upgrade, all networked. TRO needed to be turned off in the route, use TAT on the d-ch instead. Have an issue with coming from any external route, including internal tie line route, where the call hits an acd with ncfw back out, this doesn't work, had to replace with phantoms
being a good customer focused sort of guy, i always make them change numbers. set up their old #'s to a voice announcement telling the caller what the new # is. run that for 3 months & you can recover the old #'s. much tidier for numbering scheme maintnenance
