MS Installer can't find Cabinet file (error 1311)
While upgrading Norton, I got MS Installer problem can't find the Cabinet file that did exist in the directory indicated. In order to get around the problem I have re-update my Windows 2000 PRO (sp 2), I have gotten the Windows Installer 2.0 (donloaded from MS) and once successfully installed...- WChildson
