Has anyone ever connected a Symon2000 server to more than 1 Symposium server ? I have 2 Symposium systems in different states and would like to display stats from either system on a Symon2000 deskview client.

I have a DHS system with 4 lines in. I would like to have the lines forward to station 25 (the answering machine) if not answered. How would I program this ?? Thanks

This is a lab system. There are 2 trunks on the system, line 000 & 001. Both of these lines are in the line pool. From the Norstar set I can select the Intercom button, dial the access code and get a line. I have tested by busying out each line and letting the pool select the other. This works...

I have an 8x24 DR5 system. I programmed an ATA on a hot line using a line pool. When all the lines in the pool are busy, a normal set returns busy. The 500 set on the ATA just has dead air. Is there any way to get a busy on the ATA ?

I forgot to specify the reason for record and record +1. For some types of transfered calls the first record contains the data for the calling number, the second record contains the data for the called number. You need both records to properly process the call information.
